Introduction to Gelli Printing with Jane Southgate

In this fun, explorative workshop you will learn all about the world of gelli printing. Mixed media artist of over 30 years, Jane Southgate, will introduce you to the basic techniques of using a gelli plate including mark making and the use of stencils and masks. You will learn fun tips and techniques for making great prints and you will explore how everyday objects can be used to create fantastic texture and pattern. Come along expecting to get a bit messy, but to have lots of fun and leave with a collection of prints that you can use for card making, journalling, collage or book covers.
